Professional Coaching for Individuals, Managers and Leaders

Lucy is a wonderful coach, who has really helped me tap into my potential! She has helped me work better, think more clearly, and find greater happiness in the workplace. I highly recommend working with her. Program Leader, Sno-Isle Public Libraries.

– Lucy helped me expand my knowledge and skills to become a more effective leader and manager. I learned how to allow others to step into their own leadership rather than filling a void and trying to do it all. As a result, I feel less stressed, the team is more productive and we are all learning from each other. Director, The Nature Conservancy.

– Lucy has been an extraordinary coach for me. Her questions help pinpoint underlying issues that guide me through a maze of obstacles, self-imposed and otherwise. In simple, focused language, she articulates what she sees and asks insightful questions so I can understand what holds me back and move forward. Her positive attitude and support are unending. As a result of working with her I am able to move through difficulties much faster and feel a renewed sense of my own vitality. President and founder, Arthouse 23.

How the Coaching process works:

We'll begin the process by examining what you want you need and what you want to accomplish. We'll then work to match your strengths with behaviors and practices drawn from behavioral research. We'll also try to understand patterns that might not be obvious that could be used more effectively to achieve your goals. Whether you have a formal role as leader or want to be a more effective follower, coaching is an effective path to a more rewarding personal and professional life.
