Adaptive Thinking for Complex Times

The NorthShore Group was founded in order to help individuals and organizations become more effective in their work. Using a collaborative approach to consulting our clients learn and integrate new ways to evaluate problems, explore opportunities and take action. We have successfully worked with corporations, non-profits, and government agencies.

In today’s complex environment no one person truly has complete autonomy — everyone shares the leadership burden at one time or another. Our consulting approach is based on the conviction that, no matter your mission, with intention and persistence it is possible to create an organizational culture capable of leading at all levels and effectively managing positive change.

Though our consulting engagements you will learn how to:

  • Align employees and management to a common purpose
  • Discover the core issues that unleash organizational performance
  • Develop organizational structures, processes and skills that enable higher performing individuals and organizations
  • Distinguish between leadership and management skills
  • Effectively learn and manage growth and change
  • Redirect existing organizational strengths to produce a desired change
